It may be public facade with military supervision (under civilian chain-of-command, i.e. civilian committee with C-I-C authority devolved to combatant command level). If DC US CORP has been terminated, then the subsidiary STATE CORPS with COUNTY CORP subsidiaries may also be gone (they were subsidiaries of US CORP TREASURY).

July 1 SCOTUS stripping of immunity for “unofficial acts” for Article II (Exec Branch) appears to apply to ALL Treasury subsidiaries including STATE, COUNTY, CITY CORPS. Fraud and extortion are clearly “unofficial”, and extended immunity to 3rd party contractors also stripped (CIA operatives).
