If you're doing a cashless conversion, multiply your number of warrants by the strike price($11.50 USD) and that is the base conversion cost. Your stock broker may add on charges for services rendered as part of the conversion.
Warrants are converted on the share value, not warrant value. The more valuable the shares, the more shares you keep after conversion.
Thanks for the reply. You said March 25th, 2029, while someone else in this thread said 2025. A quick search shows an Investing.com page that quotes June 20, 2028.
Warrants were supposed to expire after 5 years. I don’t have the exact date. But if they expire, they are worthless. Do a couple searches on this site for them and you’ll get more info.
The warrants essentially give you the rights to purchase DJT shares at a fixed price (I think $12). Your total purchase, if you exercise these warrants, would essentially equal to what you paid for the warrant plus $12 per share. There is an expiration date on when you can exercise these the warrants, though I don't recall the date. I think it's in 2025 (don't quote me though.)
I did not know what happens after expiration if you do not exercise the warrants. Be sure to do your own due diligence.

Edit: I appreciate the help very much!
Warrants expire 5 years after date of merger/acquisition.
DWAC/TMTG merged by shareholder approval on March 25th, 2024.
Thank you very much.

But it expires 5 years from the date of the rollover to DJT, right? Not from the date of purchase?
I don’t know about that. Anyone else? Maybe check with your broker or stockholder relations at DJT stock company.

You can just sell them and buy the stock at anytime.
