The thing is, it doesn't have to be devolution for Trump to have known the fix was in.
Stop parroting a theory as fact.

Dont be afraid to run that old noggin' a bit, crank up the gas, and give it a whir, and analyse what you are seeing all around you against the theories, and you will have a good idea which theory is more plausible and which isn't.
Thats pretty much all anyone can do. "Facts" are very rare and almost nothing any of us believe in about anything falls under "facts".
I've noticed the theories always seem to come down to a one liner like 'patriots are in control' and never one like 'we are fighting for our lives'.
