he could be giving the Dems false relief that Trump’s surprise is already done so that they let their guards down for the real surprise
the real surprise has been building up for seven years and isn’t a traditional October surprise, but something bigger on its own schedule, perhaps overlapping with Election Day or week, or maybe continuing through December and January
