NOPE!! The crimes were on U.S. soil, so should the hangings. Congress critters shall be hanged until dead in the district they defrauded. Bureaucrats shall be hanged in all counties so as not to prevent any Citizens from seeing justice delivered.
One charge of treason each, play tape, tap the gavel, stretch the rope.
No limits like one charge of treason each though
Main idea with one charge is to prevent 15 years of trials for multiple charges and never put to death...and the cost associated with seemingly endless trials...and on "house arrest".
Makes sense, if treason always drew the death penalty; then one count would be enough ;)
