For the record, I'm not a Flerther. I do think much of the claims of the moon landings are bunk, but stuff like this makes me think it was anti-commie propaganda. (I didn't downvote you, btw.)
A lot of our history is blatant lies once you do even a small bit of research. Other things I am on the fence with.
I do believe most of what we are taught is to reinforce “if you tell a lie often enough”.
WW2 is where the lies went into hyperdrive.
