Yeah. Just give em all (except those exceptionally guilty of additional crimes) 12 yr sentences with appeal and the new format is already here to replace the media giants that will go down in tandem. The internet is ready to replace legacy media.
Additionally, draft a law similar to the old Smith Mundt Act but with much stricter laws that are enforceable. Do something similar with lobbying while were at it.
