Just to be clear, 'democracy' means DC, Cal. and NY City OWN and Rule Over the entire USA because there is No 'democracy' in the Constitution. WE are A Republic that does Not allow DC. to Rule.

Worst case scenario, The Constitution is amended to allow for Washington DC to become a state, but even then it gets only one representative and two senators.
