It's as if Commie-la is some kind of cyborg with only a limited number of phrases/sentences programmed into her/it. And whenever something occurs that throws off the pre-scripted lines of said cyborg, it switches into 'repeat' mode on a verbal loop or something. It's REALLY bizarre to watch!
