Francisco Heredia is the Vice Mayor off Mesa, AZ and sits on the City Council. In 2017 he founded FIELDCORPS LLC which is a "get out the vote" corporation that focuses on canvassing in the swing states and getting people to register to vote.
In Pennsylvania this week the Lancaster County District Attorney Heather Adams has just charged Field+Media Corps a subsidiary of FIELDCORPS LLC with MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF VOTER FRAUD. The DA and the election officials in the county have confirmed over 4000 forged ballots and counting (they are still confirming more forged ballots every day) from FIELDCORPS LLC

In scanning the RULES briefly, I did not see a prohibition against doing so and, in fact, one of the rules uses caps:
"No doomers, shills, or tards: THIS IS AN ELITE RESEARCH BOARD."
Perhaps it would be best to add this to the actual rules instead of making up new ones based on personal preferences? If I missed this rule, I apologize in advance.
It has been internet standard ever since computers could type in both upper and lower case. My first few computers only did uppercase. But in 1989, I did better.
Not blasting other users in the face with all caps is a basic courtesy. We can't put everything in the sidebar.
