I think that percentage is wrong. But, different locations will have wildly different % of knowledge.

Where I work, it seems many know I am aware of Q. It is the subject of water cooler talk. People have came up to me and asked questions. Some are curious, but there is enough of the "he's a conspiracy nut" to keep the frightened away.
