Well if they were teenagers when it happened then I would say "yes" - they were victims. Might be a factor to take into account during their trials.....

I hope it doesn't become everyone's defense tho. Where we feel sorry for everyone but no one is held accountable. I mean, even Diddy was probably a victim of someone.

They would have kept quiet for years.

They may have been teens when victimized but if they're adults now then that's different.
