They've been given fair warning that if the cheat (which they are) they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. RICO will absolutely be used since this is an organized crime syndicate not individual people. They ignored the warnings because they had to. They're in a corner and have no choice but to cheat. w a RICO case, don't they do a round-up, arrest many ppl at the same time to prevent them warning others?
With a RICO case, they can seize ALL assets. Bank accounts, cars, yachts, businesses, homes, etc... everything.
