My hygienist always offers fluoride application. I politely decline.

In a dental environment, I would potentially see some value if it behaves as stated (strengthening your teeth etc.)

I think it's important to not over correct, though I would like to see more studies from independent labs with transparency in funding.

The justification for fluoridating something intended to ingest was, however, criminal.
