If he has to be to work before 7:00 he can go before or after work or during lunch and he can be late for any of that back to work. Or he can leave it 5:00 even if it's early to get in line. Once you are in line you are able to vote no matter what time you get in. People don't know the law allows them to vote. He could sue his boss and company.
I definitely will be. But my husband has to work. Hoping he is able to convince his boss to let him leave long enough to vote.
I thought it was law that employers had to let employees off to vote?

If he works too far away from his precinct he just needs to leave work earlier
By law your husband has to be allowed to vote. All he needs to bring to his boss is a paper from the poll saying that he voted. I was given a receipt.
