The RICO Act is a law that was a turning point in how criminal enterprises are dismantled. RICO stands for "Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act". It is used to prosecute large groups of people all at once, under one count, and it makes it far more likely that all of those people can be tried together in one trial.

Since 1970, the RICO Act was originally intended to target the mafia, ensuring the leaders of these syndicates could be held responsible for up to 35 crimes, including murder, gambling, extortion, robbery, drug dealing and money laundering. Rico allowed prosecutors to prosecute people who didn't get their hands dirty with the crime... but were managing, operating or financing the criminal enterprise.

Penalties under the RICO Act are a minimum sentence of 5-years, and up to 20-years in Federal prison if convicted. RICO also has the power to freeze a defendant's assets before the case even gets to trial. That way, assets can't be moved overseas, money can't be spent, money can't be transferred.

The entire DNC leadership could be subject to RICO. Senators and Congressmen and Governors could be subject. The heads of Federal Agencies that were involved in election fraud can be subject. The Main Stream Media Networks, including all of their top management can be subject to RICO. Various political pact (funding) operations can be subject to RICO. Tech firms (Facebook, Google, etc...) can be subject to RICO.

Anyone involved in the election fraud can be arrested, tried as a member of a criminal conspiracy, have their assets frozen (and later seized upon conviction) and face significant prison time. There won't BE individual trials. This is massive conspiracy for national vote fraud... and it needs to be addressed as the criminal enterprise it is.
