Think of the 'sympathy' and/or 'nostalgia' votes they could have had if we were having a state funeral today.
It certainly would have been more motivating than all the Diddy party-goers.

Could be, but more likely the corpse of JC is reserved for additional future comms about Skippy peanut butter, and Squirrel Hill.
