It's Maryland, right next to Washington DC. Half the population are government employees.

This. Also, I think exit polling is uses for projections, but I live in the middle of this idiocracy and could have told you this would happen with no polling needed.

Good news - there's still a chance to flip MD-6 back to red (western MD turned blue when they were gerrymandered in with part of Montgomery County).

Even better news - that corpulent RINO Hogan lost. If the margin of victory for Alsobrooks holds at 11-12%, I'll sleep well knowing the few, proud, MAGA Marylanders who did not vote for him were the difference.
