It doesn't matter what Trump said about valuation of his property any more than if you told the bank the house you were refinancing was worth 10 million if it was only worth one million. It's up to the lending institutions to value assets they are lending money on, not the people they were lending money to. Also, they didn't lose any money and wanted more business from Trump, so there was essentially no crime or fraud. The whole case is bullshit. It's a made up crime.
I would just like to add, now if a bank made a claim that Trump defrauded them then you'd have an actual case dipshit. Peekaboo, and Judge Engoran don't get deflate the value of Trumps properties when they know nothing, just so they can use it against him. The banks would have claimed Trump defrauded them if an actual crime took place, dork. Go back to reddit.
These are huge properties, these are not 400,000 dollar house, and someone lied on their loan application because they couldn't afford the home, and the bank was left holding the bag. Not a single bank made a claim that any wrong doing took place, there's no victim, there's no crime. Do you think that Trump is the only real estate mogul, doing this. THEY ALL DO IT. It's what they do to secure loans, and get as low interest rates as possible. Being a savvy business man is not a crime.

If I go list my house for sale right now for twice it's value, that's not fraud, that's because I personally believe my house is worth that much. IT would be incredibly difficult to prove otherwise, but once again being a savvy business man is NOT a crime.

Yes, mortgage fraud is a crime when you maliciously inflate the value of a property to secure loans with lying, but there's zero proof that's what happened. Trump’s lawyers argued that the financial statements he submitted to banks actually understated his wealth. So it's Letitia peekabo James, and a corrupt judge stating that Trump overstated his wealth, because the banks never made any malicious claims. What does Letitia peekabo James, and Judge Engoran know about Florida real estate, absolutely nothing. IF anything, they criminally deflated the value of his property to go after him with lawfare.
