Early voting like this has not been around for decades, and it IS new.
Pretty sure your talking about mail in ballots. But your saying early voting. And early voting has been in the US since the 18th century.

So no, it isn’t new. I’ve been early voting every election since baby Bush. My Dad has always early voted since the 70’s. Your confused.
