Public releases like this designed to get the people thinking. What is he running from? When he is standing on trial being charged with crimes against humanity, it will make more sense to the sheep. My guess is Hanks has not escaped anywhere. We were told, visas have been flagged to prevent a run from justice.

He is sitting in solitary confinement somewhere because if he was in the general population of a prison he would be eliminated in about 2 seconds.
