I heard some blogger say on election night, that it looks like republican (RED) counties look to be holding off reporting the complete totals until democrat (BLUE) report up to or above the same % of complete. Don't know if this is true, but if it is it would be a genius move.
So lets say all RED counties quickly report 100% of vote, but BLUE counties only report 60% of total votes. This would all the BLUE cheat machine to figure out exactly how many votes they needed to inject into a particular area to win that House or Senate seat.
But if the RED counties or precincts reported no more of the vote total than the BLUE counties, the BLUE counties would not be able to used this scheme. When a BLUE county pumped in some fake ballots, the RED counties would collectively be able to pump back with some to offset.
I may be off my rocker, but if you look at any results map, the small RED counties that generally are able to report 100% of votes very quickly, seem to be holding at around same % of complete as BLUE counties.
I may be daffy with this whole thing. What say you?
I say you're daffy as a duck. And I also say it's an excellent tactic and hope they're using it.
