Both need to be abolished and maybe reimagined under another umbrella with strict oversight. They were to corrupt on their own. Same goes for the IRS, DOJ, CDC, FDA, NIH, Dept. of Education, Energy Dept., Bureau of Land Management. Just as a starter.
