Time to get rid FEMA. Is this type of thing gonna keep popping its ugly head up to prove to the American citizens that the deep state has infiltrated every single United States government agency? When the cleaning begins there will be a whole lot of ex government officials who will be pounding the pavement with their gender studies degree in hand looking for a new job!
Because the United States isn't a private company and the President does not have the power to hire and fire people just because they work in a government agency. He doesn't have the ability to hire and fire people just because they're in the Executive Branch.
