They can still be prosecuted and their pensions stopped. Just leave enough for their burial - they wont need money if they are imprisoned or executed for treason and conspiracy in all kinds of crimes against Americans and our President.

After a treason execution they could just put the body in an inner-tube and float it towards Florida. The govt can pay for those burials if the body makes it to Florida. The rest of them were buried at sea. Save more money...
