They can still be prosecuted and their pensions stopped. Just leave enough for their burial - they wont need money if they are imprisoned or executed for treason and conspiracy in all kinds of crimes against Americans and our President.

I want a job where I can be a career criminal for decades, committing treason, sedition, and felony conspiracy; and then retire with full pension instead of going to prison or being executed.
