You are talking about how the country will be religiously divided over this. I can see your point. However aren’t we already divided within the church? My point is we don’t need religion at all. We just need to recognize who God is - Jesus who died for our sins. Question however is whether that is our governments job to do or the job of the church (or personal responsibility)? The constitution is founded as “One Nation Under God” but never does it define who God is nor does it state a particular religion. The fact that majority of Americans agree that Jesus is Lord does not change this fact. There is also the clause with seperation of Church and Government. IMO each and everyone one of us has the right to believe what we want and it should not be pushed unto us by our Government.
I don’t have a problem with them recognizing God almighty as it’s the basis of our constitution. But it doesn’t make any recognition that God in the constitution is the Christian God. I believe of course He is but I also believe we all have the right to come to that conclusion on our own. Or not. Now that we will have Trump back in office we can rest assured that the God in the constitution will be honored as the Christian God. For too long have we been ruled by Moloch, his puppets and his flying monkeys. But we need to pray that God will guide President Trump well and not allow any religious pollution.
There does not need to be a public display nor does people need to be punished into worship. However what happens behind the scenes is very important. For decades we have had Satan worshippers in the White House and it most certainly has mirrored in our nation and caused our country to head into self destruction and eternal hell. However with Trump, who believes in Christ, we will for the first time have a President who prays in the White House - a President that recognizes Jesus as God. By growing his character in Jesus Trump can lead our nation Greater than anyone before him. We will have morals back, common sense, freedom, love, peace, joy and the pursuit of happiness just to name a few. President Trump through Jesus Christ will have the ability to turn our country from hate to love. We don’t need religion for any of this to happen. We just need Trump to stay true to God and allow HIM to guide him in all matters of our nation.
I think you missed my point entirely.

How can we be assured of that? How is that going to be accomplished? What does it mean to "honor God", exactly?
Are people going to be punished for not honoring the Christian god, and if so, how?
What do you imagine will change concerning religion now that Trump is back in office? How did it change under his first term?
I would really appreciate it if you could give me some examples of what you think will change.

Did you notice any changes of any of this during his first term?
Do you honestly think Trump will be the first President to pray in the White House?
Isn't one of the main arguments that America is a Christian nation is that our Founding Fathers were basing the country on the Christian God?
You do realize that many of those Founding Fathers became President at some point, right?
But Trump will be the first President to pray in office?
I honestly can not take anything you say seriously if you actually believe that.
