Not just freedom of speech, but freedom of religion, freedom of the press, especially for amateur journalists, freedom to peacefully assemble, online and offline, and the most forgotten first amendment right, the right to redress the government of our grievances. Some enterprising online entrepreneur could set up an ombudsman type website where people can complain about government and the government must either correct the problem or cite the necessity of a policy by citing the Constitution.
