I have a liberal son that was happy to get the jab and two boosters. He has now just blacked out several times. The doctors have been no help. No surprise there. What could I mail him to take that would help? I know there is something but I haven't kept track of the best options. Help Please.

Ivermectin once or twice a week, aspirin (lots of supply, at least once a day), Dissolvable Vitamin B, suckable C, big doses of D (10 000 IU), also zinc, magnesium, iodine (edible drops) and iron. Even Fish oil. Try and get glycenated versions for the 'dry' pills. You can get bigger discounts and free shipping if you get lots at once.
There are combos if one wants to space things out: Iron and Vit C; Magnesium and Vit D; Zinc and Ivermectin. For realsies extras are: Ginseng or Forskolin, which enhance the effects of everything else and can improve mood. Don't bother with those until later on, though, because one needs to find a balance first. That stuff is a cherry on top, but very nice.
The iron was a surprise for me, but that happened, even though our family eat lots of meat (so it was odd). My older teen son was passing out when standing up, and could not complete 1 hour gym-sessions, from growing upwards too fast, and of course, multiple rounds of the damned lurgy the last couple years. But iron seems to be fixing it (it took a month to see color returning to his face). Logically - new red blood cells need iron, just to be functional. Not enough iron means not enough red blood cells and then there is fainting, shortness of breath etc. Also, low immunity. Normally girls get that for obvio reasons, but boys get deficient too - and there was my surprise. For that matter, taking a vax is like getting really sick all of a sudden. That could set up an environment of vanishing red blood cells and not enough new ones to replace the supply. And yes, oxygen uptake does affect immunity. So, try it, because you mentioned passing out.
On that subject: Get the fellow to cut the crap and eat plenty of good protein (including whey protein-shakes) : meat, yoghurt and fermented food like saurkraut, dill-pickles (a real man's diet - lol). oh and lots of sea-salt or himalyan salt to taste.
