You have to take it with a grain of salt as no one can truly predict the future. However I do believe there is something to constellations in the sky and how things and events can have different outcomes depending on how the planets allign. I look at it sometimes more for fun. Truth is that the future is always ever changing depending on how we act and react in the now. Only God can truly know what is written in the star. Astrologists may be good at reading the sky however none of them have perfect knowledge to truly understand it unless God himself speak to them. (And I doubt most astrologists have a true relationship with God - since most operate as modern day palm readers and placing themselves in his seat)
I agree completely. I do believe the heavens do influence, but we ultimately make our own reality. The Almighty is ultimately in control and is the only one that knows with certainty the future. However, the Bible does state right in Genesis that He placed the heavenly bodies in the sky for signs and seasons. Trying to understand them is interesting.
I don't normally pay attention to astrology, but I happened to stumble upon a couple of astrology YouTube videos predicting the election outcome. It peaked my interest and I wanted to see what they had to say. They were all hard Harris. These astrologers took all the effort to put charts together and made a big deal about Harris' chart versus Trump's chart and explained in great detail their interpretations. They ended up all being so totally wrong.
One, who does personal charts as a business, had a complete breakdown after the election because she received a lot of blowback and it was affecting her business. She tried to defend herself but how could she - she was wrong. The smartest thing would have been not to chime in at all, but they were so confident in their charts. What I did notice about all of them was that it appeared as though their own personal bias was getting in the way of them interpreting what they saw - it is what they wanted to see. Ultimately they ended up burning themselves and demonstrated the weakness in astrology and other forms of divination. It is the same thing with polling for elections - no one can predict the future and they are often are not even close. I don't pay attention to polls either.
Thanks for your reply.
Interesting. I definitely agree that it was self sabotage since they were not neutral of the outcome. It takes a clean vessel to see the truth and receive real prophetic insight. I believe astrology could be a tool if they were guided to use it by God and were able to channel his truth. But fact is many of them are hacks that makes themselves out to be Gods by claiming they can predict the future. Fools they are.
Absolutely. I didn't get the impression any of them truly walk with God in relationship - even though it is common for these people to use certain language that gives an appearance of spiritual enlightenment. What spirits are they listening to? Yes, fools they are and it sounds like they are paying the price for their arrogance. False prophets.
Astrology was how the 3 wise men knew about the birth of Jesus, Stellarium can show you the skies above Bethlehem on 9-11-3 BC. Or is it 4 BC?
