It is evident that this is what needs to be done. I don’t think they’ll even be able to change their minds like normal people, even after living in a wonderful economy and world that’s coming our way. Their outrage won’t let go.
On Pensys.com — a once wonderful spice shop—- now has up paragraphs all condemning Republicans!! Who does that when all I wanted to do was buy gift boxes of spices for family Christmas gifts! So of course he lost my business. I’ll add a link below in the comments section as to what he said.
I thought I could just order some gifts but then he has this whole separate title of The Republicans! Typical lib. They shoot themselves in the foot and blame others.
They have been this way for years, going back to Trump's first presidency. I'm surprised you didn't know, but I'm glad you know now.
I knew and still know. I have 2 lib daughters I can’t talk to. But I’m surprised at how they are digging into their hidey holes even further. I’ve always said this is a mental illness. Now I’m wondering if there’s any hope of helping them get normal? We’re not out of the woods yet. And no peace or unity with the way they still are. Hence my question kek
Absolutely it's mental illness. Absolutely. As for your daughters, it's still early days. Perhaps they will unwind a bit as we go forward.
As for what we can do, I'm not sure there is much we can do. We can say things. We can point out the good that has already happened in the few days since the election, how those involved in war are ready to cease fire and talk peace. About Trump's vision for his "freedom cities," and exciting new innovations. About how he wants to run the country as the Constitution states, keeping as many financial burdens off the American people as possible by use of tariffs. We can tell them all these obvious things. If that doesn't work, we have to wait until what is said is actually done. If that doesn't work, we have to accept it and hope that in the future, they will see the light. In some instances, we might have to 'shake the dust from our sandals,' and move on. I hope your kids see the light. I know it must be hard on you.
It is hard. They were brainwashed during the Obummer years in public school. We had no idea what was going on. They were both in high school. My 3rd daughter was in Catholic school from prek thru college. She and her husband Trump supporters. So we all connect!
I agree with your statement about mental illness and hopefully time. We’ll see. In the meantime I’m excited for the years to come!
