Technically it would be manslaughter. I don't think you can get arrested for "genocide" besides, it isn't genocide. Gene-o-cide focuses on genetic traits to target for elimination, he would fall under more of a mass-murderer bucket. Lastly, this audio proves coersion as it still leaves the window of free choice.
