Section 7. Governor may grant reprieves and pardons. The governor shall have power to grant reprieves, commutations and pardons after conviction, for all offenses except treason, and except in case of impeachment, subject to such regulations as may be prescribed by law relative to the manner of applying for pardons, but he shall in every case where he may exercise this power, send to the general assembly at its first session thereafter, a transcript of the petition, all proceedings, and the reasons for his action.

How to attack that setup? The elected governor wonβt pardon her, and canβt be replaced because the elections are rigged, and canβt be questioned?
Could a petition be filed to demand a hand-counted paper recall election of the governor?
I'm not sure Tina Peters is eligible for a presidential pardon, but he could put pressure on the Governor of Colorado.
Somehow she needs to be saved. Her "crimes" related to a Federal Election, not a State Election.
And quite frankly, pretty much everyone that prosecuted Tina is probably looking over their shoulder right now. Many of them have likely been involved in election theft for quite some time.
