The Constitution doesn't GIVE nor GRANT us rights; it ENSHRINES / Lists / Enumerates SOME CERTAIN - NOT ALL - SOME - God-Given, INALIENABLE, Pre-Existing Human Rights, in order to specifically and emphatically PROTECT THOSE RIGHTS.
Next, can we debunk / stop with the whole "driving is a privilege, not a right" bullshit????

The 10th amendment needs to be talked about WAY more than it is, and cited as grounds for deleting like 90%+++ of laws, rules, regulations, government agencies, etc. etc.
