I have not been able to find this. I have come across this claim frequently, and RFK posted it himself, but I do not find it.

I came across Health Freedom Defense Fund, Inc. v. Alberto Carvalho, which essentially holds that the COVID-19 vaccine does not meet the traditional definition of a vaccine as understood in Jacobson v. Massachusetts.
