Thanks for prompting me to check this a little closer. I agree that Gaetz's district FL 1 is sold Rep. He won 66% to 34%. It appears that Waltz' seat also looks pretty solid for FL 6. He won 66.5% to 33.5%, so I think that district is safe and not likely to flip. Stefanik is from NY 21. For NY she also won solidly - 62.3% to 37.7. I don't know much about the politics of that area so I cannot determine if a Dem would even have a chance to flip that seat. It is NY after all. So, of the Congressmen Trump has chosen so far, I would say the risk of losing one or more of those seats is low - but it is a possibility and needs to be watched.
It was just a concern and so far I have not heard anyone bring the subject up in order to get some better feedback from anons more familiar with the areas in question. Like I stated, I am also sure that Trump's team took all this into consideration when making those picks. I just don't trust the Dems - been disappointed too many times - so I guess I am a little cynical. I will continue to monitor this in the future. Thank you for your reply fren.
Thank you for your additional research on this, fren. It's one of the best parts of this community. It really feels like all hands on deck as we move forward into the Golden Age. 😁🐸
Just a head's up. I have been watching the last couple of races to be settled. I've been keeping my eye on CA 45 with Michelle Steele. She had a comfortable lead, not huge but it didn't appear to be a problem - until today. It is now tied at 50%. A bunch of last minute ballot dumping no doubt. At 94% of votes counted I was wondering why the AP had not yet called it. Well slap my face, it wasn't over. Steele only has a lead of 235 when she was up by several percentage points. I don't remember if CA has an automatic recount or runoff if it is close like what is happening in Iowa 1. Still AK 1 with 94% not called and CA 13 with 85% - both appear stalled. The rest of the 8 remaining seats are Dem leaning.
It's called commie-fornia for a reason! one big staye to clean up!
Agreed! We are finally starting to see the lifting of the darkness and it looks great. Have a great day fren.
You too, fren!
Here are some other breakdowns for CA 45: They have well above the national average of foreign born people living there at 35% or higher - especially since the rise in illegals this last year. The national average is about 13%. Of this group, they have a high number of illegals that is speculated to be a large chunk of CA's illegal population. No surprise since it is fairly close to the border. The number of registered voters for that district is not available and to figure it out requires taking other stats from the state totals and try to calculate it. Suffice it to say, it is a good district to rally the illegal ballot vote.
