This division provides continuing FY2025 appropriations to federal agencies through the earlier of December 20, 2024, or the enactment of the applicable appropriations act. You are correct, I just looked it up. So the senate confirmation process takes place between now and Jan 20th?
I also read the government must be in recess for 10 days before he can make recess appointments. This could bring in the 10 days of darnkess scenario.
Perhaps we get another CR for one month, takes us to Jan 20th and then the government shuts down. I'm just spit balling here.
