The problem is that this is just an image of a group of supposed Antifa punks with a caption claiming one of the girls is Gabbard (maybe it is, I am not good with faces on a photograph). I can too take a random image of white blond men drinking beer and then put a caption on top that says "this is Donald Trump drinking beer", and probably get away with the lie for a long time.

Not to mention that, reverse image search on this image reveals that the only other place this image is found is a random Twitter account which, again, only shows the picture with a caption on top of it.

We will need more solid evidence than that.
