If Soetoro was never a lawful president (and he never was), then all actions he took would have been unlawful and void.

That means there was never any lawful appointment of Supreme Court "justices" Sotomayor and Kagan.

That would mean there are instantly 7 justices, with 2 open slots for Trump appointments.

Then, if 2020 election can be proven stolen, maybe Biden's appointment of Jackson can also be tossed.

Then, maybe Clarence Thomas retires.

Imagine if Trump gets 7 of 9 Supreme Court justices.

Maybe even get Roberts to leave, due to his questionable background.

8 out of 9, with Alito the other one?

Oh, the wailing that would ensue ...
