I think that as used by the broader Q movement, "psyop" has a slightly different connotation. Taking the original term, and attaching a slightly different meaning/nuance to it. "Psychological operation".
In the 5G sense of the word, I think it would be fair to say that psychological operations are engaged in to "influence", which is different from "manipulate". And, in 5G war, the psychological aspect is very real, and both sides must engage with it.

She is clearly a lightweight. Very lightweight, in the least. Very smooth for the public airways type of person, but doesn't have that grittiness that more serious (and upfront) people have. And, I wonder, why is she on youtube.
Now I have to wonder about her and Shipp. I should listen to Shipps Q statement more, because although I think his initial position makes sense (research, make up your own mind, due diligence, etc), even the statements above start to ring out like FAKE, FAKE, FAKE because the arguments are MSM narrative level stuff. We do NOT know what will happen or how things will unfold, and anyone who tells themselves that they do know is fooling themselves. Me? I've learned to eschew the fallacy of comforting beliefs based in bias confirmation and my own projection. I consider myself much more based now.
OP also posts a lot of that sort of stuff, fwiw. Big declarations, certainty in thinking "this is it". Etc. Q called me to learn to think freely, not to learn to simply switch one matrix (set of beliefs) for another.
I also notice the direction of these "burst on the scene with dubious beginnings" personalities appear to be working in lock-step to advance the "Jews are behind everything" narrative, which, to me is a cabal narrative with which to shield themselves. Time will tell if they actually trace things to the top, or merely stop at the front lines.
