Labor, Commerce, and HUD (Housing and Urban Development) are likely on the chopping block as is Homeland Security. Homeland Security can be part of the Justice department while Commerce can be part of Transportation. Labor and HUD are state matters. Also, I guess Ag can be part of Transportation as well.
