Alaska: 95%
Arizona: 98%
California: 89%
Colorado: 97%
D.C.: 98%
Illinois: 98%
Maryland: 97%
Mississippi: 98%
Nebraska: 98%
New York: 97%
New Jersey: 95%
Oregon: 94%
Utah: 93%
Washington: 97%

Oregon has suddenly dropped from 99% to 94%, and Mississippi also mysteriously dropped from 99% to 98%.

Everything else is at 99%.

Trump used to be ahead in popular vote by around 5 million votes. Now the lead is more like 2.9 million votes. I wonder if they're trying very hard to get a tie on the popular vote?
