Because the "winning" bid was not announced, it could very well have been for $1.00. The fix was in that this was malicious. The Judge said "Not so fast" and so, we are back to likely having an actual auction, and one that Jones side will win. IMO.

This is very entertaining drama. I know some are kind of down on AJ and I watch it infrequently, but I like his spirit. And he has the right enemies.
