Unfortunately with a lot of people you do have to talk down to them to make them understand. RFK telling people to shun junk food is the only way to get through to people who are lazy or have no self control. RKF is obviously a healthy guy who takes care of himself. The odd McDonalds on a night out with the boys is fine.
