Lawyer libs will howl at how unfair the cutting of entire agencies will be. Discrimination suits will be filed just to stop the culling for a wee bit until the cases are settled. I wonder if there is a way to have these needless cases adjudicated before they hit the courts? Maybe if they clog the court system they will have to stand in line for years until an opening happens on the court docket. That would be a big win for the Right!
I’m so glad about this- just had the conversation with my teen- just because we like the changes doesn’t mean it is ok. If it isn’t founded in law/constitution, then the lefties could just do what they want too (well…. They already have, but you get the point)
👍 Finally we see some Chevron decision happenings!
2025 can't come soon enough!

Not tired of winning yet.
So my question is, as an individual, if I have been "harmed" by any of these regulations do I have recourse ?
Maybe, but it depends on what happened.
