I contacted Gen Benton K. Partin days after the bombing and asked for a copy of the report he sent to congress. I still have it. ANFO did not do the damage that happened but explosives on columns did. Inside job.

The bombing was April 19, 1995 and Partin's report was sent to Congress on July 30, 1995
