Can we propose 2 amendments to the constitution:

federal budget must be 100% balanced every time
the calling of immediate special elections for any culpable elected official upon the lack of a passed balanced budget or any audit failure anywhere.

These, along with term limits for congress and the senate, should clean up some shit.
