Sounds like a good RICO case for conspiracy to violate U.S. immigration laws.

During the RICO trial, the U.S. DOJ can freeze ALL Soros assets world wide. If found guilty of collusion and conspiracy, the U.S. DOJ can seize ALL Soros' assets.
