Mexico deals rather strictly with illegal immigrants. America is the only country that is batshit insane about immigration. The deal with those ragheads is that NGOs are making their trek happen. A lone father trying to save his son from castration won't have the support from Soros, Schwab, or other James Bond villains helping him.
