Can he even do this? Technically/physically, I mean? What's involved in restarting a pipeline that's sat inactive for 4 years? I would imagine a lot of integrity checks, cleaning, test runs and the like would be necessary before it can actually start working.
(None of which would be an issue had Brandon not fucked everything up.)
